- Comments: "Very long, flat wings, no flapping at all, glided along horizon for ~30 seconds mere feet above waterline. Dark brown, resembled a glider aircraft. Brown Pelicans flying near it for size reference; MUCH larger wingspan than Pelicans. Almost no maneuvering observed, dipped briefly then resumed altitude, looked like a glider almost crashing. Binoculars only, no photos."
