    - Comments: "Continuing bird, most likely the same bird observed here last October and November. This was a dull gray vireo with bold white spectacles and wing-bars, and occasionally showing a faint yellowish wash on the sides. Seen in the northeastern end of park in low shrubs against the north side of the curved wall."
