This was a dull gray vireo with bold white spectacles and wing-bars, and occasionally showing a faint yellowish wash on the sides. Seen in the northeastern end of park in low shrubs against the north side of the curved wall. Photos to follow."

- Comments: "Among willows at east end of refuge. Seen twice, near water both times. Probably the continuing bird seen here on 25 March and several dates since then. Furtive. I saw white throat, grey chest, brown sides and flanks were streaked."
