- Comments: "Continuing bird found by Nick Lethaby this morning. Was hidden in creek to the east of the observation platform, but raised its head above the greenery from time to time. Short yellow bill with "beard", and short neck and short black legs, compared to a Great Egret. Stuck to the creek area, working back and forth along the section mostly invisible from the observation platform. Of course."

- Comments: "Bright fall male with a very yellow throat and upper breast, thin black streaks on the sides, speckled blackish facial pattern, fairly dark gray upperparts with whitish braces on the mantle. Legs and feet pale flesh to yellowish. It was feeding on the muddy ground with the Swamp Sparrows and would fly into the low brush above the ground. It also flew into the short willows on the same side where I was standing. At one point the bird flew toward me and was on the ground nearly at my feet (3 - 4 ft. away). It would disappear for a time, then return to the same area. I watched it 5 or six times in about one hour. Photographed"

- Comments: "Possibly the same continuing fall bird but this seems unlikely given how much time has passed. Lime green upperparts and crown, gray face with a white eye ring, two yellowish wing bars. No apparent chestnut color on the flanks. This bird also flew toward me to feed on the ground very close to me for a few moments"
