- Comments: "All dark Shearwater flying like a Pink-footed Shearwater. Initially caught my eye since Sooty Shearwaters are thinning out but this bird flew with slower wing beats and more gliding. Pinkish bill with dark tip. Initially spotted in Ventura county and pursued for over 2 miles to the west until we were in close proximity for better photos."

- Comments: "First detected by voice as it tussled with a cassins kingbird, briefly showing white edges to outer retrices and no visible white terminal bar in flight. Perched in the tree at (34.4135322, -119.8485547) for some time, showing vivid yellow underparts extending far up the breast and fading into a faint olive green. Bill was heavyset and long. Tail showed prominent fork while sitting."

Only got a brief look - an overall gray warbler, mostly gray above and below with white eyering and bright yellow in small area of chest. Thin pointy Leithlypis bill. Didn't get a good look at vent. I stuck around another ~20 minutes but didn't see it again."

- Comments: "Found around 6:30 in the tree at these coords (34.4157944, -119.8463827). Olive back, completely white underside, white eyering, two white wing bars, some olive fringing to black wing feathers, and some chestnut coloration coming on the flanks. Probable hatch year male. Only had brief views but managed a few identifiable photos, though at poor angles"

- Comments: "Small warbler, blue back, black throat and side, white breast and white "handkerchief". Fairly long tail with white UNTC. It would stay for a while, then leave and come back after a few minutes. This is not a shy bird. It tended to be quite low on fence and arbor. Appears to be an adult male."
