Third-hand information from a Moss Landing boat captain, relayed by Rick Fournier (thanks!), states that the Short-tailed Albatross with the injured wing, first seen off southern CA last summer and first arriving in Monterey Bay on 15 Sep 2021, was seen again yesterday about 6 miles off Moss Landing.
