The Stripe-necked Tody-tyrant (Hemitriccus striaticollis) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
