The Singing Quail (Dactylortyx thoracicus) is a species of bird in the Odontophoridae family. It is found in Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
