The Olive-brown Oriole (Oriolus melanotis) is a species of bird in the Oriolidae family. It is found in Indonesia and Timor-Leste. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forests.

The Timor subspecies is sometimes split as the Timor Oriole, Oriolus viridifuscus
