The Neumann's Warbler (Hemitesia neumanni) is a species of Old World warbler in the Sylviidae family. It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, and Uganda.

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
